The steps to replace the lithium battery are as follows:
Before disassembly, the PLC should be energized for more than 15 seconds (so that the capacitor as a backup power supply of memory can be charged,
after the lithium battery is disconnected, the capacitor can do short power supply to PLC, in order to protect the RAM information not lost);
Disconnect the AC power supply of PLC;Open the battery cover of the basic unit;
Remove the old battery and install the new battery;Cover the battery cover.
The battery replacement time should be as short as possible, not more than 3 minutes.
If too much time passes, the program in RAM will disappear.
